Une grande église recherche un technicien de maintenance pour assurer divers travaux de maintenance. Le poste nécessite une expertise dans plusieurs domaines tels que la plomberie, la menuiserie et les réparations électriques. Le candidat doit avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience et capables de travailler de manière autonome.

Formación

• Expérience de deux ans en maintenance mécanique ou physique.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement.
• Peut servir de chef de projet ou d'attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Effectuer des services de maintenance ou des réparations dans divers domaines.
• Travailler avec une supervision minimale sur des tâches non routinières.
• Commander des fournitures et équipements au besoin.

Job Description

Performs maintenance service or repairs in two or more skilled areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.

Responsibilities

Works under minimal supervision on duties and tasks that are frequently non-routine, adapting procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet specific needs. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Estimates time and material costs for various projects. Requisitions supplies and equipment as needed. Resolves most questions and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher levels. May periodically assist in orienting and training new employees.

Qualifications

Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two or more years of mechanical or physical facility maintenance experience. Possesses a strong working knowledge of two or more skilled areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing. Must be able to communicate ideas and convey and receive instructions accurately. May act as the project or assignment lead at times.
