Job Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery and equipment operate properly, consistently, and within process parameters or specifications.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area, ensuring the safety of colleagues and oneself.
• Perform preventive, corrective, inspection, and predictive maintenance, using tools appropriately and maintaining knowledge of equipment.
• Prepare and organize materials and spare parts, keep technical information up-to-date, promote teamwork and ideas for improvement.
• Supervise and support contractors and general services, complying with labor, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Attend to facility maintenance tasks.
• Communicate any changes or issues with equipment, field activities, and report daily per shift in the logbook.
• Follow safety, C-TPAT, ergonomics, environmental, and quality procedures as defined by the company, and adhere to internal regulations.
• Maintain, promote, and implement a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure personnel are provided with PPE and trained in its use.
