Flex in Aguascalientes is seeking a Process Eng Technician to support our wave solder and conformal coating operations. You will work under the Process Engineering Manager and contribute to device assembly lines aimed at delivering high-quality products.

You’ll profile equipment, optimize processes, and help maintain MPI data while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipment.

• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder and conformal processes.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, Process Eng Technician role involves working in the PTH process, conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, work directly with the wave solder process and conformal coating process.

What a typical day looks like:

• Profile the equipment’s such as Wave Solder and selective Solder.
• Ensure preventive activities for wave solder process, conformal process.
• Program and fine tunning for the router program.
• Update MPI.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience in wave solder process.
• Experience profiling PCBAs using KiC or Datapaq.
• Experience programming PVA equipments.
