You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex findings into actionable processes, optimize manufacturing, and provide training on new technologies while ensuring quality and safety standards. This role offers international exposure and potential to contribute to sustainable energy projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in technology transfer, R&D, or process/manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of SAP PP and international product safety standards.
• Experience transferring technologies from development to production environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology transfer projects from concept validation through full-scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders for seamless knowledge transfer.
• Develop and execute technology transfer plans with timelines and resources.
• Translate complex findings into specifications, documentation, and actionable processes.
• Support manufacturing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
