Scania México busca un Técnico de Mantenimiento Diésel en la Sucursal León para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones, aprendiendo la profesión y desarrollando habilidades respetando las normas de seguridad del taller.

Se exige al menos 1 año de experiencia en puestos similares, conocimientos de motores diésel y/o gasolina, y familiaridad con productos y servicios Scania, así como normas DOS, DCS, SRS y SHE.

Formación

• Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en posición similar.
• Conocimientos de motores diésel y/o a gasolina.
• Conocimiento de productos y servicios Scania y normas DOS, DCS, SRS y SHE.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar a los técnicos en el mantenimiento o reparación de vehículos.
• Garantizar el sellado correcto del trabajo realizado.
• Asegurar el flujo de procesos comunicando la finalización del trabajo.
• Gestionar mejoras propuestas e implementar planes de mejora.
• Preparar el vehículo o componente para mantenimiento.
• Realizar inspecciones visuales y gestionar desviaciones.

TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE DIESÉL SUCURSAL LEÓN

Ensure customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance tasks, while learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex maintenance and repairs, complying with all safety standards in the workshop.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
• Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
• Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
• Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals

TASKS

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Finalize stamping.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Finalize work order.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Communicate deviations.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.

EDUCATION

High school, preparatory or technical degree completed

JOB PROFILE

• One year in a similar position.
• Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
• Knowledge of Scania products and services.
• Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.
