Whether it's packaging, formulas, or products, Specright helps companies reduce costs and empower efficiencies by sharing, analyzing and auditing specifications.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving high-quality documentation and educational content that empowers our users to understand and use our product effectively. This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in-app help content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer Education & Support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles.
  • Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content.
  • Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation and identify content gaps.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources as needed.
  • Maintain the product help portals to ensure that it hosts the latest material.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, user education, or a similar role-preferably in a SaaS organization.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience creating video tutorials, walkthroughs, or interactive guides.
  • Previous experience building and managing a knowledge base is a plus
