We’re looking for aTechnical Support Engineer Associateto support the planning, maintenance, and technical operations of our measurement and test equipment (M&TE) used in engineering and manufacturing. This role combines logistics, hands-on technical support, and prototype assembly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&TE procurement, calibration, and inventory.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support system integration.
• Install and configure M&TE systems and applications.
• Assemble and rework prototypes, including wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Maintain lab layout and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support or similar roles.
• Experience with M&TE, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with help desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
