A leading staffing solution provider is seeking an experienced Microsoft O365 / Exchange Administrator to oversee their cloud-based messaging and collaboration environment. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and security across their Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and related services, contributing to a robust organizational infrastructure. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, and experience with relevant Microsoft technologies.

Formación

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support end-users.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft O365 / Exchange Administrator to manage and support our cloud-based messaging and collaboration environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and related services to ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience across our organization.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Exchange Server
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 administration (especially Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity/access management
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues and manage service tickets effectively.
  • Preferred company-based IT experience including Tier 1/2 help support or junior sys/net/database/security admin experience or network engineering experience.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-203, MS-102, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate)
  • Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments (Exchange 2016/2019 + Exchange Online
  • Knowledge of Intune, M365 Security & Compliance Center, or Defender for Office 365
  • Experience with email migrations (e.g., Google to O365, on-prem to cloud)
