Formación

What You Need to Succeed

• Technical degree completed or Engineering degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar service position supporting production print equipment
• Technical English proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, networking, and computer systems
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
