We offer:
Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, the Technical Service Administrator is responsible for coordinating and following up on administrative activities within the technical service area. This includes managing the service calendar, communicating with clients, billing, and providing data for monitoring KPIs, operational reports, quality management, and system use (CRM and ERP). The role contributes to department objectives through process improvement, standardization, and effective use of DBS tools, ensuring excellent service and strong client relationships.
This position is based in Col. Industrial Vallejo, Deleg. Azcapotzalco, México D.F., with a hybrid work model (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
