Job Overview
We are searching for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, serving our US clients. You will leverage your 3-5 years of recruiting experience to source, engage, and place high-caliber candidates while collaborating closely with our US team. Fluency in English, along with a proven track record in technical recruitment, is essential for success in this role.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their technical hiring needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
Source top-tier candidates using advanced techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and passive candidate outreach.
Conduct thorough resume reviews, in-depth candidate interviews, and technical fit assessments to ensure quality placements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain meticulous candidate and client data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build and sustain a robust network of technical professionals across Mexico and North America.
Provide market insights on salary trends, in-demand skills, and emerging technologies to clients and candidates.
Partner with the US team to align on client priorities and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
What You Have/Know (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on IT, software engineering, or related fields.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as software developers, data scientists, or cloud engineers.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Jazz) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of Mexican and US tech job markets, including compensation trends and talent availability.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with US visa processes (e.g., H-1B, TN) is a plus.
