Confiz is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of diverse technology projects for our enterprise clients. This role involves acting as a delivery partner, managing program operations from hiring and talent retention to ensuring high-quality software delivery and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customer teams across all levels and departments. Understand business needs and co-define technology solutions.
• Communicate business and milestone expectations clearly to engineering teams via JIRA Epics, spreadsheets, and project plans.
• Hands-on experience with sprint execution, capable of running a sprint team and implementing processes across a program.
• Understand SCRUM and Kanban processes and ensure their implementation across multiple projects.
• Manage Project Managers, set clear expectations, and foster a strong team culture.
• Continuously seek process improvements.
• Understand relationships across leadership teams and work effectively to achieve project and company objectives.
• Continuously learn new engineering tools and practices.

Requirements

• BSc or higher in Computer Sciences or related fields.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on coding experience.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Recent experience delivering web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with managed services programs is a plus.
• Proven experience in full-circle project management, including customer, people, and process management.
• Experience managing Project Managers or Leads.
• Experience working with remote teams across significant time zones.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, CI/CD tools, and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to navigate people, culture, processes, and objectives effectively.
• Ability to simplify complex problems across people, process, and technology.
