Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker, fluent in tech, and energized by driving impact through AI-powered solutions? We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge SaaS projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

What are the responsabilities for this role?

• Lead medium to large-scale technical projects from planning to execution.
• Shape project scope, timelines, and keep them on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven solutions to life.
• Own client delivery, from SOW validation to API integrations, AI model training, and more.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and champion best practices.
• Be the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity.
• Continuously identify risks and lead with proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Have 3–5 years in technical project management, ideally in a SaaS + AI/chatbot environment.
• Strong experience in tools like Jira, knowledge of SDLC, and confidence in API integrations and AI model evaluation.
• Understand technologies such as Replit, Flowise, Make, or similar AI tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish — and can confidently lead multi-stakeholder conversations.
• Organized, tech-savvy, solutions-driven, and ready to take the reins.

Nice to Have

• Experience in CPG, Retail, or Banking industries.
• Background in Product Management or Python.
• Skills in Power BI, Looker, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus!
