AUMOVIO Mexico is seeking an experienced SLM leader / Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee location KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional teams for serial projects. This onsite role interfaces with customers, business areas, and manufacturing to ensure successful execution.

Advanced English and a background in manufacturing project management are essential. Prior experience with OEM customers and engineering changes coordination is highly valued.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Experience as group leader or manufacturing PM or SLM leader (desirable).
• Led diverse manufacturing projects, including profitable increases.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in engineering changes coordination.
• Experience in capacity increase projects.
• IE & manufacturing processes knowledge desirable.
• OEM customer management experience.
• Problem solving and continuous improvement experience.
• PCN/PTN knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all internal areas of the Location and satisfy the needs of customers and the Business area during the serial life of a project.
• The SLM leader is the interface for the customer, the business area and manufacturing location.
• The SLM leader is the responsible person in the location for KPIs of assigned projects/products/lines and has under his responsibility a defined budget and a project team (matrix leadership).
• SLM leader acts as a manufacturing Project-Manager in the Location.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Advanced English
• Experience:
  • As group leader/coordinator/Manufacturing Project manager or SLM leader (desirable)
  • In manufacturing, having led diverse of manufacturing projects, including profitable increase projects
  • In project management
  • In engineering changes coordination
  • In capacity increase projects
  • In IE & manufacturing processes is desirable
  • OEM Customer management experience
• Knowledge:
  • Problem solving & continuos improvement experience
  • PCN/PTN
