AUMOVIO in Mexico seeks a Technical Project Lead to coordinate the engineering core team and drive product maturity through the PLC lifecycle. You will own end-to-end System MLC activities and ensure technical milestones are met, while aligning with budget and schedule.

You will report to TPL Management and the Project Manager, collaborating with global locations and the Quality team to implement project QA measures and ensure a robust, high-quality automotive product line.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic and Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Advanced English.
• Experience: 1+ years in automotive industry.
• Knowledge: Technical drawing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the engineering core team to ensure product maturity during PLC.
• End-to-end responsible for System MLC activities and releasing technical maturity.
• Lead, plan, monitor and control System Engineering work packages and deliverables within budget/time.
• Report to TPL Management and Project Manager; represent Engineering to internal/external interfaces.
• Cooperate with Quality Manager to define and apply project quality assurance measures.

Job Description

• The Technical Project Lead coordinates the engineering core team to ensure the product maturity during product lifecycle (PLC) within a dedicated project.
• The TPL is end-to-end responsible for System MLC activities, collecting other domain MLC status including releasing the technical maturity of the overall product from an engineering perspective.
• The TPL is responsible to lead, plan, monitor and control all System Engineering (SE) work packages and deliverables according to PLC, within agreed discipline budget and time schedule in harmonization with related roles.
• The TPL reports to the TPL Management and the Project Manager and represents the Engineering team to all internal and external interfaces.
• The TPL cooperates closely with the Quality Manager in the Project to define and apply the project quality assurance measures.
