Avnet is seeking a Technical Lead for computer system assembly engineering activities in Mexico. You will advise sales, production, repair, and customer teams on technical solutions, review ECOs, analyze BOM impacts, and coordinate scheduling for engineering changes to meet deadlines.

The role requires leading cross-functional efforts, guiding suppliers and internal teams, and driving process improvements across Avnet’s systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems preferred, not required.
• Strong data analysis and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data to assess feasibility of proposals or changes.
• Review change requests and provide implementation timelines.
• Create and maintain BOMs in Avnet’s systems.
• Collaborate with material and supply chain teams for sourcing.
• Manage schedules for engineering activities on accounts.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption during changes.
