AUMOVIO seeks a Technical Project Lead to coordinate the engineering core team and drive System MLC maturity across the PLC. The role manages SE work packages and interfaces with Quality and project management to ensure on-time delivery.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 2+ years in automotive, and strong English skills. Onsite in Silao, Guanajuato.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2+ years in automotive industry.
• Desirable: plastic injection molding parts design experience.
• Desirable: knowledge of FMEA, BOM, GD&T, IATF, IMDS and related concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the engineering core team to ensure product maturity during PLC.
• End-to-end responsible for System MLC activities and release technical maturity.
• Lead, plan, monitor and control all System Engineering work packages within budget and schedule.
• Report to the TPL Management and Project Manager; represent the Engineering team to interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Manager to define and apply project quality assurance measures.
