Amber is seeking a QA/Technical Project Coordinator to help coordinate testing activities, track progress, and support issue investigations across software and hardware domains.

You will assist with triage, validate defects, and contribute to tooling and process improvements while communicating with diverse stakeholders in English.

Formación

• 3+ years in Software QA or technical coordination.
• Experience coordinating projects, testing activities, or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency in written and verbal form.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate testing activities, schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, action items, and testing metrics.
• Review logs, test results, and diagnostic data to support issue investigations and root cause analysis.
• Assist with defect triage, escalation, and validation of issues across software, hardware, firmware, network, and environment.
• Support QA tools like Jira, ADB, Logcat, PerfDog, Charles Proxy, Xcode; maintain test environments.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and team efficiency.

The Quest

• Coordinate testing activities, schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, action items, and testing metrics.
• Review logs, test results, and diagnostic data to support issue investigations and root cause analysis.
• Assist with defect triage, escalation, and validation of software, hardware, firmware, network, and environment-related issues.
• Support the use and troubleshooting of QA and diagnostic tools, including Jira, ADB, Logcat, PerfDog, Charles Proxy, Xcode, and browser developer tools.
• Maintain device inventories, test environments, and platform coverage to ensure testing readiness.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and team efficiency while staying current with emerging technologies and devices.

The Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA, Technical Project Coordination, Technical Operations, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, testing activities, or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA processes, and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.

Ability to:

• Analyze logs, test results, and diagnostic data.
• Support issue investigations and defect triage.
• Communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Mobile, Gaming, Streaming, Benchmarking, or Compatibility Testing environments.
• Familiarity with ADB, Logcat, PerfDog, Charles Proxy, and Xcode tools.
• Experience investigating performance, battery, thermal, crash, and compatibility issues.
• Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
