MISUMI Americas seeks a Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs delivering high-quality custom mechanical parts for global customers in Santa Catarina, Mexico. You will act as the primary contact for assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, tooling, or OEM/CM environments.
• 2–3 years in a project management role within manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI/NPD and APQP within production environments.
• Strong planning, scope management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects from kickoff through production and delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for project updates, scope clarification, and issue resolution.
• Drive coordination between internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Manage post-sale changes and ensure proper technical and operational execution.
• Coordinate technical problem-solving with quality and supplier teams.
• Track key project metrics and provide clear status reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and workflows.
• Support compliance with quality management systems (QMS).
