Audible, a leading audio storytelling company, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Support Engineering Program. You will drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, shaping systems that improve reliability, performance and customer outcomes globally.

In this role you collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, advocate for technical excellence, and reliably communicate risks and progress with transparency across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of agile software development methodology experience.
• 5+ years of experience within software industry.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with various areas of the business to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Partner closely with stakeholders and product managers to ensure successful software development launches from design to deployment.
• Pursue technical excellence and proactively drive positive change in projects.
• Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives to all stakeholders and teams with confidence and transparency.
• Continuously strive to raise performance standards using objective metrics.
