Audible in Mexico City invites a Lead Software Development Engineer to define, design, and refine the technology that keeps us ahead of listeners. You’ll guide your team through obstacles and lead the way to develop exciting, original solutions that bring stories to millions of listeners.

The role emphasizes leading complex initiatives, mentoring developers, and establishing engineering practices, with AWS services such as Kinesis, S3, EMR, and Elastic Search shaping our platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software development and deployment of distributed multi-tier applications.
• Experience leading delivery of complex software systems to internal or external customers.
• Prior use of AWS technologies at scale in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.

• Lead complex technical initiatives within your team.
• Mentor and support other developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
