Our Mexico City Office will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew and employee experience each and every day.

Job Description:

* Support the technical product management team to drive end-to-end product delivery of data and technology solutions.

* Work with product teams to support the delivery of data solutions within a specific product area.

* Apply product domain knowledge and partner with business, technical product teams, and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.

* Gain a deep understanding of the TRIRIGA application and work towards understanding business goals and challenges, including end-user needs.

* Collaborate with Business and Solutions Architects in helping end-to-end data solutions for business requirements and challenges.

* Quickly learn and understand the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management systems like Supplier, Customer, Site, Sale, Financial Systems, etc., for designing end-to-end solutions.

* Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of experience
• Support experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, .net · Experience with Agile Product Management methods and terminology.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Experience in writing SQLs and reports.
• PowerBI and Excel experience.
• Team lead, people skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.
