Flex is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, to enable integrated hardware and software design and meet customer needs. You will work with leadership, engineering, and customers to define requirements and opportunities across industries, supporting SpinCo initiatives.

The role emphasizes market-driven product planning, lifecycle management, and strong collaboration with Segment CTOs to position offerings and drive value in multi-industry markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing settings and familiarity with metalworking processes.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAP usage.
• Experience creating Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Knowledge of MES systems (MESTRO) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify requirements for a strong product offering and execute the go-to-market strategy.
• Lead internal and customer focus groups to discuss capabilities and usability.
• Define market requirements for new or enhanced product offerings and secure leadership alignment.
• Manage product lifecycle for at least one major product offering.
• Develop product positioning and messaging with segment teams; drive internal and external communications.
• Advocate core product capabilities in promotions with customers and industry groups.
