Siemens Energy in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Technical Parts Sales Analyst to own spare parts BOM definition and readiness for North America projects, ensuring data integrity and cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities include defining RSPL for AGT, MGT & SGT units, maintaining RSPLs, ensuring SAP entries are complete, and coordinating handovers with LTP Sales, Product Line Engineering, and Regional Order Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in parts management, data analysis, engineering, or supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel and PLM.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
• English at professional working proficiency level.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of time

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Technical Parts Sales Analyst will serve as the single point of accountability in the North America region for ensuring all customer spares Bill of Material (BOM) parts are accurately defined, fully system-ready, and available before project execution. This role is essential to deliver project readiness, data integrity, and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for all Distributed (AGT, MGT & SGT) New Unit and Open Market customers in region North America, ensuring alignment with contractual and technical requirements, including recommendations based on part types (IP vs non. IP), applications, failure rates/modes, operational criticality and supply chain considerations.
• Maintain all reference RSPLs and ensure that scope and price are always valid for any given period.
• Guarantee all required part numbers are created, validated, and fully loaded in SAP with complete attributes and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate handovers across LTP Sales, Client Managers, Product Line Engineering/Parts Definition, LTP Project Management, and Regional Order Management teams.
• Support management of sales campaigns, RSPL tracker and other relevant key documents.
• Support regional organization in additional parts related or sales related initiatives.

What You Bring

About the team

The selected person will work join the company’s Distributed Parts Sales department of Siemens Energy’s Gas Services North America division. This department consist of 5 Technical Sales personnel with 1 individual based out of Siemens Energy’s office in Querétaro, Mexico. The responsibility of the team is to upsell Strategic Spare Parts for all New and In-Service Distributed gas turbine packages being installed in North America.
