We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technical Mechanical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to work collaboratively on complex projects. This role involves creating detailed designs, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems and components.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and design mechanical components and systems based on project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturability criteria.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design alternatives to optimize performance and cost.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and user manuals.
• Perform design reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance design processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and qualifications

• Advanced English
• At least 3 years of experience creating 2D technical drawings and creating 3D parts using SolidEdge (preferred) or AutoCAD or similar
• Availability to attend in person from 7:00-15:00
