IAC Group is seeking a Technical Manager – Tooling & Maintenance with strong experience in the automotive industry to lead tooling operations, maintenance strategies and engineering changes within a manufacturing environment.

This position will drive initiatives related to tooling, automation and manufacturing processes, ensuring production, quality, cost and safety objectives are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in tooling and maintenance within automotive industry.
• Experience managing technical teams and plant operations.
• Knowledge of injection molds, tooling systems and automated manufacturing cells.
• Experience with engineering changes and new program launches.
• Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades
