IAC Automotive, a global leader in plastic automotive components, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the availability and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure at our Nuevo León facility. This role focuses on maintaining injection molding systems, molds, and plant services while driving continuous improvements.

Formación

• Degree in mechanical/electromechanical engineering or mechatronics.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Experience in automotive with plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and PLCs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure continuous operation of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Manage maintenance of injection molds, paint booths and plant infrastructure.
• Lead the technical maintenance team and external suppliers.
• Implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

At IAC Automotive, a global leader in the manufacture of plastic automotive components, we are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in plastic injection molding processes, responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability and performance of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure the continuous operation of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Manage the maintenance of injection molds, paint booths and plant infrastructure.
• Lead the technical maintenance team and external suppliers.
• Implement improvements focused on reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
• Analyze faults and develop permanent corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Verifiable experience in automotive companies with plastic injection molding processes.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation and injection molds.
• Experience in the maintenance of paint booths, chillers, compressors and plant services.
• Intermediate to advanced English desirable.
