Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Trainer in the Banking and Credit Card domain to train and mentor candidates on business analysis concepts, financial processes, and industry practices.

The role focuses on delivering training sessions on requirements gathering, process documentation, functional specs, testing methodologies, and banking/payment workflows, including ISO 8583 where applicable, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Job Summary – Business Analyst Trainer (Banking/Credit Card Domain)

Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Trainer with strong knowledge of the Banking and Credit Card domain to train and mentor candidates on business analysis concepts, financial processes, and industry practices.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on business requirements gathering, process documentation, functional specifications, testing methodologies, and banking/payment workflows. The ideal candidate should have expertise in credit card lifecycle, payment transactions, and ISO standards (ISO 8583 preferred), along with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.

This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis practices and the ability to prepare candidates for real-world BA roles within the financial services domain.
