Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. You will build Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and responsive React interfaces while collaborating with Product Owners and Architects.

You will contribute to secure coding, CI/CD, and production support, shaping modernization in a multinational engineering environment with agile teams.

Formación

• Hands-on experience leading full stack engineering teams and delivering cloud-native apps.
• Proficient in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong frontend skills in ReactJS, JS/TS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Solid database knowledge: PostgreSQL, SQL design and optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum and DevOps practices; code reviews and mentoring.
• Knowledge of financial services tech platforms and onboarding systems.

Your role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
• Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
• Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering quality initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
• Support onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle technology capabilities.

• Technical Leadership: Hands-on experience leading full stack engineering teams, making architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications.
• Backend: Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST API Development, Hibernate/JPA, Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns
• Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Database: PostgreSQL, SQL Query Optimization, Database Design
• Cloud & Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps & Automation: Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing, API Testing
• Financial Services Experience. Banking Technology Platforms. Client Onboarding Systems
• Agile Scrum Methodology

Certifications (Nice to have)

• Cloud: Google Cloud Professional Certification. Associate Cloud Engineer
• Engineering: Oracle Java Certification. Spring Professional Certification
