Remote LATAM | AI & Automation Tech Lead | .NET, RPA, Microsoft Copilot | Finance Process Automation

We’re looking for a Technical Lead & Engineering Coach to drive the development of scalable .NET solutions and lead automation initiatives with AI agents and RPA tools. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach developers, guide architecture decisions, and shape the future of internal enterprise tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in software development, 3+ years in technical leadership or mentorship roles.
• Strong experience in Microsoft .NET for web development.
• Background in AI-based tools like Microsoft Copilot (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with RPA solutions focused on finance/admin workflows.
• Clear technical documentation skills: standards, templates, protocols.
• Advanced or bilingual English – verbal and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, food, or CPG industries.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Technical certifications (Microsoft, RPA, AI, etc.).
