We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer specializing in Terraform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring Terraform code for large, multi-environment projects, managing infrastructure as code, and leveraging Terraform Cloud features for optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform in a multi-environment setup.
• Structure Terraform code using modules for reusable infrastructure components.
• Utilize Terraform Cloud workspaces to manage different environments ensuring consistency and stability.
• Manage Terraform remote state to handle cross-project dependencies efficiently for different environments and scopes.
• Implement Sentinel policies in Terraform Cloud to enforce organizational guardrails.
• Ensure secrets and sensitive variables are handled securely.
• Manage provider versioning and module dependencies across teams, maintaining internal module registries or repositories to ensure stability and secure the code.
• Identify and resolve problems during the execution of terraforming plans.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows by integrating VCS and automating workflows.
• Educate teams on best practices for infrastructure as code and assist in improving review processes and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Expertise in Terraform Cloud features, including workspaces, Sentinel policies, and remote states.
• Strong understanding of version control systems including integration with Terraform.
• Experience handling secrets and sensitive variables securely in Terraform.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
