• You will design, develop, and refine complex software documentation that meets the needs of our target audience.

We offer a range of OSI products and technologies that require high-quality documentation. You will need to research and write clear, concise guides and materials that cater to different user needs.

Your Impact

• Research and write documentation such as configuration guides, user's guides, and other related technical materials.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products to efficiently manage and deliver complex software documentation.
• Utilize ticket tracking systems to ensure tasks stay on track and deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Technical/Professional Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing software or technical documentation.
• Thorough understanding of how to translate complex information into concise, easy-to-follow instructions.
• Comfortable working at both high-level and detail-level projects; must be result-oriented, process-focused, and quality-driven.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities while remaining flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
