Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, implement, and evolve our development strategy across the organization. You will lead instructional design, optimize the LXP, and ensure programs align with business goals and employee experience.

The role involves managing national training plans, budgets, and vendor relationships, driving metrics, and delivering high-impact learning initiatives that support Crown's sustainability and growth goals.

Formación

• 3+ years in Training and Organizational Development.
• Experience managing LMS and/or LXP platforms.
• Experience in budget management and vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement comprehensive training strategies (target audience, objectives, and learning experience).
• Apply learning methodologies and Instructional Design models in technical and development programs.
• Administer and optimize the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as the central learning system.
• Plan and monitor the execution of training plans at a national level.
• Manage and control the training department budget.
• Lead bidding processes and negotiate with providers of training programs, platforms, and educational institutions.
• Standardize training processes according to corporate guidelines.
• Analyze key metrics to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation.
• Provide internal customer service by advising leaders and teams on development-related topics.
• Apply systems thinking to align people, processes, technology, and business strategy.

Profile We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience

3+ years of experience in Training and Organizational Development. Experience managing LMS and/or LXP platforms. Experience in budget management and vendor relationship management.
