Advanta Seeds is seeking a Market TD Coordinator to drive market research and sales strategy implementation in San Fernando. This role involves understanding farmer needs, prospecting customers, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance product delivery. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in agronomy and have at least 5 years of experience in seed production, coupled with strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Formación

Market TD Coordinator

This role involves a combination of market research to understand growers and crop behavior across various channels providing sales support and ensuring the implementation of the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and preferences of farmers, identify target markets, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Prospect new customers to achieve market coverage in the assigned Zone.
  • Plan, structure and document the commercial trial strategy for the region.
  • Align Portfolio strategy with the Zone strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to ensure efficient and effective product delivery to farmers.
  • Conduct and lead the different PAM Field Tours in the Region, for each country and crop in the different countries with the leaders of TD, Breeding.
  • Structure the Product Training and management of the Advanta and Distributor Sales Force.

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in agronomy and/or 5 years’ experience in seed production
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Knowledge of Sales Force or any other CRM.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English & Spanish
  • Results focused with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong teamwork development capability (flexibility to work across the areas and positively influence others)
  • Effective and timely decision making
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Availability to travel frequently.
