A leading technology firm is seeking a Technical Consulting Engineer - Firewall in Mexico City. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support, involving diagnostics and troubleshooting of firewall-related issues. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in networking and advanced knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies. This position requires strong collaboration skills and a working knowledge of tools like Wireshark.
Technical Consulting Engineer - Firewall is a role within Cisco's Security TAC. The team provides 2nd/3rd level technical support worldwide 24 x 7 x 365 to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other TAC engineers. The role focuses on reactive measures, including diagnostics, analysis, problem solving, and recommendations, with opportunities to deepen technology knowledge across a broad range of topics.

Possess an English level equivalent to B2 or higher.
Be able to attend the office at least 2 to 3 days per week

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees may be eligible for annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation targets.
