  • Co-present enhancement requests to the Product Backlog Review Council alongside the requestor, providing functional clarity and well-defined scope to support prioritization decisions.
  • Partner with the Dev Specialists on data model changes, reporting fixes, and integration enhancements, validating outputs across both the TetraScience platform and associated data pipelines.
  • Execute functional testing and coordinate end-user validation activities.
  • Operate effectively within a post-go-live or run-state support environment.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Work independently on high-complexity business analysis tasks, delivering outputs aligned with company standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and document software specifications and business requirements through discussions, workshops, interviews, and refinement sessions.
  • Decompose business needs into clear specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
