Job Description:

The Technical Analyst supports the Technical Product Management team in IT delivery topics, providing guidance to developers and managing squad outputs to meet McDonald’s standards. This role reports to the Technical Product Manager.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Product roadmap and backlog preparation:

• Participate in prioritization and refinement, translating epics into user stories.
• Analyze business processes for improvements.
• Document requirements, test scripts, and process flows.

Team leadership and project execution:

• Lead software development teams and participate in ceremonies.
• Manage technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support incident and change management.
• Oversee deployment of new features, ensuring quality and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in computer science or engineering.
• 3+ years experience with AWS solutions (ECS, EC2, API Gateway, Cognito).
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Angular JS, Oracle DB.
• Knowledge of accounting solutions and large-scale global projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration with business partners.
• Strong communication skills and technical understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Bill to Collect processes, Azure/AWS/Oracle Cloud, Oracle certifications.
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration, scripting, and security standards.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SOX compliance, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
