Yara International seeks an Agricultural Engineer to enhance its presence in Mexico. The role involves conducting technical discussions, planning field trials, and collaborating on scientific research to validate product performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in plant nutrition, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the technical area.
  • At least two years of experience advising on plant nutrition.
  • Desirable: English language skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct technical talks with farmers and engineers to promote Yara's nutritional proposals.
  2. Plan and install field trials in strategic zones identified with distributors, focusing on areas where we lack presence to create impact.
  3. Design and execute scientific trials with institutions to validate and credibly demonstrate our products' performance, analyzing various variables during the crop cycle, followed by statistical analysis for presentation at important forums and events.
  4. Conduct field visits.
  5. Participate in trade shows and local fairs.
  6. Provide training to technical staff.
Profile
  • Agricultural Engineer.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the technical area.
  • At least two years of experience advising on plant nutrition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Desirable: English language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting talks with clients and field producers.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Numerical ability.
  • Efficient time and schedule management.
  • Residence preferably in Río Verde or Cd. Valles.
