Baxter Healthcare seeks a focused professional to support daily department activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will participate in Kaizen events, assist project planning and execution, and help implement cross-functional improvements across business processes.

• Define short-, medium-, and long-term action plans.
• Support corrective actions to ensure policy compliance.
• Promote Quality Management System and monitor processes.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Support daily activities and initiatives within the department.
• Participate in process improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in Kaizen events by contributing to planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Support projects from initiation through completion under defined guidance and supervision.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of improvement opportunities across different business processes and functional areas.
• Assist in defining short, medium, and long-term action plans to achieve project objectives.
• Support operational teams in the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Promote and support the Quality Management System by helping monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of organizational processes and procedures.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
