Baxter is seeking a team-oriented professional to support daily departmental activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will assist in Kaizen events and help plan, execute, and follow up on improvement projects under supervision.

The role focuses on quality systems, data collection, and collaboration across functions to drive operational excellence. This position offers opportunities to learn and contribute to patient-centered care initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Support daily activities and initiatives within the department.
• Participate in process improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in Kaizen events by contributing to planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Support projects from initiation through completion under defined guidance and supervision.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of improvement opportunities across different business processes and functional areas.
• Assist in defining short, medium, and long-term action plans to achieve project objectives.
• Support operational teams in the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Promote and support the Quality Management System by helping monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of organizational processes and procedures.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
