A leading financial company is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its full-stack engineering team in Mexico City. This role involves product development, team mentorship, and driving improvements in business metrics in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. POSITION SUMMARY
We're on a mission to reinvent the financial system and make it work for people. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a full-stack engineering team comprising backend and mobile engineers.
We have a top-tier team of engineers and leaders who have worked for prominent tech companies, including Meta, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Uber, and Dropbox. As a hands-on Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to designing and developing some of our early-stage innovative products (0-1). You will work with your cross-functional partners and team to shape the direction of these products and contribute to making them significant drivers for the company.
This position will ideally be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site, though a remote arrangement is possible. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
