THE WORK:

Join us as a Core Banking Delivery Lead and play a pivotal role in driving large-scale banking transformation initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create business value. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will help organizations modernize their banking platforms, optimize operations, and accelerate innovation while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Core Banking transformation programs and technology initiatives. Define and implement solutions that align with business goals and operational needs. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization. Provide strategic and technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business value realization. Support organizational change initiatives associated with technology transformations.
