Team Leaders / Floor Managers

LATAM Market (Mexico-Colombia): Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
South African Market (South Africa): Fluent in English

Location: Remote (No relocation package)

TL;DR: Lead dynamic teams in LATAM or South Africa with your strong language skills and leadership flair.

Responsibilities: As a Team Leader or Floor Manager, you will be at the helm of ensuring smooth daily operations, inspiring your team to achieve targets, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your key tasks will include overseeing team performance, conducting regular meetings, and collaborating with upper management to implement strategic goals.

For the LATAM Market:
Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential to effectively communicate and manage local teams. Youll be responsible for understanding the unique cultural dynamics of the Mexican and Colombian markets, ensuring that your teams efforts resonate with local practices and consumer behaviors.

For the South African Market:
Fluent English is required to lead teams in a diverse and vibrant environment. You'll focus on understanding the specific challenges and opportunities within the South African market, adapting strategies to meet local needs and driving performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service or operations environment.
  • Strong communication skills in either Spanish/Portuguese (LATAM) or English (South Africa).
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to market-specific nuances.
