Job Description

• SAP expert with multimodule knowledge to lead S4 Hana rollout team.
• Minimum domain (functional) experience of more than 5 years.
Main Responsibilities:
• Team and resource career development.
• Responsible for Hiring process (Talent Hub / Potential Interviews / Onboarding new Associates).
• Goals Planning, Workshop Deployment, and Goals Setting for associates.
• Ensuring the quality and integrity of technical deliverables.
• Providing technical mentorship, coaching, and support to team members.
• Supports in strategy definition topics.
• Involvement in project deliverables.
• Handling billing, cost, and budget for projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and good customer approach.
• Excellent English Level.
• Experience managing teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Desired SAP certifications.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
