Job Description

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the ENG team.

- Interface with other functions to build a cross-functional team for product design.

- Identify problems and initiate problem-solving processes for technical issues.

- Implement Bosch's design process and continuously improve business operations.

- Monitor cost, quality, and documentation to meet internal requirements for development and sustaining activities.

- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 8+ years of relevant working experience for bachelor's degree holders.

- Proficient in mechanical project management and product design.
