What will you do as a TDWS Sales Agent?

  1. Represent NexusTours by making direct contact with customers, offering premium services and tours to enhance their vacation.
  2. Guarantee the best customer-centric experience for travelers, ensuring they receive the best advice about tours and activities.
  3. Be the contact for our clients, providing them with our services and helping them achieve their dream vacations.
  4. Ensure that clients receive fair, friendly, and needs-oriented treatment.
  5. Represent NexusTours in one of our Blue Diamond concessions (Royalton and Planet Hollywood Hotels).

What do we expect from you?

Must-haves

  1. Advanced conversational English (mandatory).
  2. At least 1 year of experience as a sales representative in tourism services (tours, transportation, etc.).
  3. Passion for customer service and working with people from different nationalities.
  4. Availability to work flexible hours.

Nice-to-haves

  1. Conversational French (desirable).
