Bombardier's Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) unit seeks an Intern in Accounting, Taxes and Travel Expenses to join a dynamic team. You will review travel expense reports for policy compliance, record expenses accurately, and assist with payroll and tax-related workpapers as needed.

This temporary role provides exposure to monthly closings, audits support, and process improvements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, solid Excel skills, and proficient English; hybrid-friendly

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency level of English.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review travel expense reports to ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Accurately and timely record travel expenses and receipts.
• Assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax return workpapers.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts.
• Maintain and update tax files and databases.
• Track and monitor tax authority requests.
• Assist with monthly and year-end tax close processes.
• Provide administrative support to the tax team.
• Generate and post checks.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide support with process automation.
• Collaborate in the preparation of information for monthly and annual closings, as well as in the creation of basic accounting reports.
• Support Finance purchase order requests and follow-up.
• Assist in gathering information for audits.
