Bombardier in Mexico offers an internship in Accounting, Taxes and Travel Expenses. You will support travel expense reviews, recordkeeping, tax workpapers, and month-end close tasks under guidance.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactivity, with exposure to tax processes and basic accounting reporting. Fluency in English and MS Office proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.

Responsabilidades

• Review travel expense reports to ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Record travel expense reports and receipts accurately and timely.
• Assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax return workpapers.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts.
• Maintain and update tax files and databases.
• Track and monitor tax authority requests.
• Assist with monthly and year-end tax close processes.
• Provide administrative support to the tax team.
• Generate and post checks.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Provide support with process automation.
• Collaborate in preparing information for monthly and annual closings, and in creating basic accounting reports.
• Support Finance purchase order requests and follow-up.
• Assist in gathering information for audits.
