Bombardier is seeking an Intern in Accounting, Taxes and Travel Expenses in Mexico. The role supports expense processing, tax workpapers, and financial reporting tasks within a dynamic finance team. This temporary position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and process improvement across travel, tax, and close activities.

You will contribute to monthly and year-end processes, assist tax and accounting teams, and gain exposure to audits and reporting in a large aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to contribute to finance and tax process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Review travel expense reports to ensure compliance with policy.
• Record travel expense reports and receipts accurately and timely.
• Assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
• Assist in preparation of tax return workpapers.
• Reconcile tax-related accounts.
• Maintain and update tax files and databases.
• Track and monitor tax authority requests.
• Assist with monthly and year-end tax close processes.
• Provide administrative support to the tax team.
• Generate and post checks; perform reconciliations.
• Support process automation and assist audits.
• Collaborate in preparation of information for closings and reports.

What are your contributions to the team?

• You will review travel expense reports to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policy requirements.
• You will accurately and timely record travel expense reports and receipts.
• You will assist with expense control, payroll records, and provisions.
• You will assist in the preparation of tax return workpapers.
• You will reconcile tax-related accounts.
• You will maintain and update tax files and databases.

• You possess knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
