This is a position with grade 15.

This position reports to Tax Manager.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will execute back office and administrative activities within the Tax function, aligned with strategies, policies, and procedures. You will support various projects, such as project risk reviews and contract structures, and manage supporting documentation like tax transfer pricing documentation and support for tax returns. The work model is hybrid. Global relocation/LTA support is not available for this position. The role contributes to the Financial Functions from Mexico to LATAM. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the implementation of standards, processes, policies, and procedures to enhance tax efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Assisting in all tax accounting and reporting activities within your scope.
3. Supporting tax audits and responding to tax authority requests.
4. Performing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in your areas of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

1. 2-3 years of experience in a multinational company.
2. Experience calculating indirect, direct, and deferred taxes.
3. Experience in general accounting, annual income tax returns, and account reconciliations.
4. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
5. Knowledge of NIF and auditing.
6. Proficiency in Excel.
7. Knowledge of USGAAP standards and financial statement analysis is a plus.
8. Intermediate English communication skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in public accounting or a related field.
